I was going to apply here but after reading the reviews, I won't. Then I researched and discovered they are owned by Elon Property...no wonder. All of there apts are old fashioned and overpriced. They only want to take money from tenants and never put a dime into updating apts. Look elsewhere TRUST ME!!!

I lived here for three years and always paid my rent on time. Each time I renewed my lease they increased my rent by $25/mo. They would also randomly increase the amount they charge for water each month. They were very slow to fix maintenance items. When I first moved in my window was stuck open (in late October) and they didn’t come to fix it for over two weeks. They only came to fix it when I took time off of work to come into the office to complain even though I had called multiple times asking them to fix it. When moving out I provided more than a 30 day notice and a forwarding address when I decided to move out. My lease states that when you break a lease you are charged a prorated amount of the remainder of rent due based on the time left on the lease. When I moved out I was required to pay my regular rent amount even though I would only be there for 1/2 of the month. I was told I would be mailed the remainder of what I paid - damages. I specifically asked if I would be charged the next months rent and the property manager assured me that I would not be charged. Two months later I received a collections notice. I have no idea why they are charging me or what the charge is for as they never sent me a bill or attempted to contact me. I have called the office multiple times and have left voicemails but they have never called me back. I am reporting them to the credit bureau. Do not live here.

The worst management I’ve ever dealt with. They rent out apartments that are not Livable condition. The floor is damp. It smells bad no matter what you spray inside. The 24 hour emergency lines is bull. They say they will come and ignore your calls. I been out of heat for 6 days and they still don’t answer or are open to talk to at the office. I would never recommend to rent from here.

Landlord is disorganized and untrustworthy. I called and she said she had two apartments available but she couldn't show them to me that day. I made an appointment the following day with her to see the apartments. She had rented out one of them, and the other was under renovation. I drove over an hour to meet her and she never even apologized for wasting my time.
