Adalbert Santiago was fantastic!!! I am a resident of Cornerstone Crossing for over a year now. I recently experienced the excellence that Cornerstone Crossing continues to provide through the high quality contractors they employ. One such individual is Adalbert Santiago for whom I am writing this review. Mr. Santiago is the type of professional who goes above and beyond. Much praise for the work he did on my apartment blinds. Whoever installed the blinds before must have been in a hurry because they were not put up properly and within only a couple months they were breaking. Mr. Santiago saw my blinds were damaged and called me and asked if he could enter my apartment to fix them. I said okay and he did. When I returned home I could not believe how great a job he had done in such a short period of time. I believe Mr. Santiago deserves recognition for going on and above for me and our community. We are lucky to have him and wherever he goes I know he will be the best at every job he does.

If your looking for an apartment with a cockroach infestation that smells like cigarette smoke, this is the place for you! I don’t even know where to start! At least once a week something falls apart in my apartment. The insulation is so poor that on windy days I can see my blinds blowing back and forth with the glass door fully closed. Expect to pay an arm and a leg for heating/air because of this. When I moved in it was clear little to no cleaning was done at all as the apartment REEKED of cigs. After scrubbing all the walls down myself it improved, but the smell has never went away fully and makes all my clothes smell. I hear gun shots at least once every couple weeks, and most pizza places won’t deliver here after dark because of how dangerous it is. It doesn’t help that every.single.streetlight in the parking lot is out and has been the entire time I’ve lived here. The only way to do laundry is to walk through the grass and across a playground behind the apartment complex with no path or lights. This place is a literal nightmare for a single woman. Silver lining is the staff is usually pretty responsive but turn over is high so you have a different property manager every couple months. Sadly, the massive company that owns the apartments refuses to make any real improvements so things are always breaking and dirty. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy.

The worst property to ever live on. They have the worst management. My sister has been living there almost a year with MOLD in her bathroom, that no one has yet to come treat! She informed the rental office numerous of times about the mold, and they consider it a “non emergency”. Since the day she moved in, she wrote on the checklist about the mold and 8 months later, STILL NOTHING!!!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone waste their time and money in Cornerstone Crossing!
