Very poor communication, keeps your “holding” fee kept my brothers $400 because he did not turn his pay stubs in, in a timely manner and will not give back the $300 other then the $99 deposit. So it is a scam and will be reporting this to the BBB. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Last year in December $800 was stolen out of my apartment after Christmas. The ladies in the rental office proceed to tell me they never had a key to my unit and tried to charge me $50 to change the locks. (I refused and all of a sudden they have a key) I’ve been having issue with roaches and they refuse to help. The pest control man does not properly do his job and even lies to the office and tells them there isn’t activity. Over the past few months they’ve allowed a full infestation and I will be having to throw out all of my belongings.

Heads up, they won't show you the apartment before you rent. Not a model, not the actually apartment. Just some photos online. They also don't answer the phone or call you back. Don't waste your time.

I moved in at the end of May 2021 and my apartment was completely filthy; The carpet wasn’t cleaned, the AC wasn’t working for my first couple of weeks, There was a strong gas smell whenever you walked pass my neighbors apartment and roaches. For the past couple months I have been having problems with the tenants upstairs being overly loud and allowing their kids to running and stomping around my living room and bedroom ceiling during the day and late at night. I have complained multiple times to the office almost on a weekly basis and nothing is being done about it.
