Great set up for apartment, staff is great and responsive. Apartment is roomy and neighbors have always been nice. The only draw back is there is never any parking during church time as Lot gets overfilled by folks and they are rude when you ask them not to park in our spots.

Okay, I just noticed I forgot to edit my review. When I first moved in I enjoyed the place after a while and with new neighbors it became a nightmare. My place had roaches and the parking was horrible. The neighbors were rude and loud they took up all the parking spaces and the office staff did nothing about it even though they say you’re only allowed two cars per resident. They up the rent without any upgrades and the trash was always over flooded looking gross. I wouldn’t recommend this place

They don’t fix your issues when needed. I’ve been living here for 3 years and have had an issue with ants since I’ve moved here. They come and spray, the ants come back within 2 weeks. They are literally EVERYWHERE !!! They’re in our clothes, baby bassinet, even my daughters formula ! They have new management but they’re no better than past management maybe worse. Neighbors are always loud and playing music. Sometime you can’t find parking. Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors talking sometimes. I’ve called about my ceiling leaking and the just looked at it. They’ve “updated” the floors but it’s just new tile that looks like wooden floors and now peeling. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They raise rent every year and these are definitely not worth what they are charging

As an individual who is moving to Columbus from another city. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received while visiting this apartment community. The day before I visited I called and explained my interest in leasing a townhouse. I was told to stop by when I get in town because they have some units available. That was a lie. When I got there, two young women were working in the office. One said that someone will be with us in a couple of minutes and walked off to sit in a car the entire time and never came back. The second leasing agent was too busy conversing with one of the maintenance guys instead of assisting us. When I asked about one of the available units I was told that there were none available and I had to get on a waiting list. Why would this apartment community advertise available units on Trulia and Zillow when there were none available??? This is very unacceptable. I've wasted my time and mallard landing apartments just lost a potential tenant.

They take section 8. My former neighbors were on assistant living.
Look for another place not here
