Tribeca is a really outstanding apartment complex that I have no reservations recommending. The staff are always helpful and care about the residents. The two times I had small maintenance issues they were resolved within 24 hours. The property is quiet and I never had any issues with noise (more young professional vibe here). There is always parking available. The pool is really nice and the gym is rarely crowded. Had to move for work otherwise would have stayed here!

TLDR: Tribeca is truly 10/10. Take a tour. If you like the style of apartment, then sign with confidence. My bona fides: before living at Tribeca I worked as a leasing director (and agent) at a Tribeca-esque, OSU adjacent property for four years. I regularly helped with significant maintenance matters. Saw the in’s and out’s of managing such a property, leasing, maintenance, what to look for, what’s important, etc. Have lived at Tribeca since they built the second portion. Completed law school while living here. Started a business. Got married. We keep waiting for housing market to dip (ha!) but the Tribeca price, location, etc. continues to be just right for us. Have lived in three styles of apartments – Northmoore, Barclay, and Trinity. Last, I was not in any way prompted nor suggested to submit this review. Nor have I ever once done a review like this. I had been meaning to do this for some time because the team and facility here is at such a level that I felt compelled, but just now finally got around to it. Apartment: take a tour. What you see is what you get. If you like it, good. If it’s not what you’re looking for, that’s up to you. Subjective preference. I can’t speak much to this. Management: speaking from experience this should be a top priority of yours when renting. Tribeca is a 10/10 in this regard. Management here has never been anything short of absolutely fantastic. Ben, Jessica, Kevin (prior manager), Amy, Austin, and now Joey, the list goes on. Each and every staff member has been 10/10, personable, professional, and effective. While I selfishly hope they keep this team here forever, they’ve demonstrated that no matter who they add they will be of the same caliber and that gives the utmost confidence to say the property will continue to be excellently run. No matter the question you ask or need help with, whether big or small, the staff never makes you feel you are inconveniencing them. Whether small things like packages never going missing, always receiving timely notifications, responding to emails quickly, they never miss. And the big things also. They run a tight ship. I’ve never once had an issue with a neighbor being unreasonably loud or anything in that vein. And I have to share one story in particular. If you have not been married, in the run up to your wedding you will be receiving a number of last-minute, yet crucial packages. I had mentioned at some point to the office staff that the reason I’d been getting so many packages was that I was getting married. I mentioned the date, blah blah, conversation ends, have a good afternoon, etc. Couple weeks go by, wedding weekend quickly coming up, I receive an unimportant Amazon package that I didn’t immediately need so I had planned on picking it up after the weekend. Before the office closed, I received a direct call from the manager saying he remembered my wedding was either that weekend or the next, and he saw I hadn’t picked up my package yet and wanted to make sure I knew it was here and that he will hold the office open till I get there if I need it ASAP for the wedding. Speechless. Saying the staff here is excellent is an understatement. The following week (wedding week) I had a very important package delivered that required a signature. I was again called directly by management to immediately let me know it had arrived before the signed delivery notification came through FedEx. Never asked nor passively suggested they do any of that for me, but they did. A very stressful time made a little easier thanks to Tribeca staff going the extra mile. I can’t express enough gratitude for that. --- Damn character limits! Wrote this up and determined to not have to cut a large portion of it. See attached photos for remainder of my written notes. If I'm doing this right, the second pic is where you'll pick back up. As mentioned, will answer any questions w my honest experience. If I make any edits, I'll make a note. Go Bucks!
