So disappointed I have called a few times now about problems with my service it cuts in and out I’m always losing connection every 10-20 minutes so I call today and they finally say they want to send someone out but pay your bill first….how awful is that sorry that your stuff don’t work properly but we will only help you if you pay your bill right now since it’s past due…$60 past due a few days because I live pay check to paycheck and get paid Friday. So not only have I been calling for help and paying for internet that don’t work but now they won’t help me unless I pay my bill. But it’s okay that I been paying for bad internet though and I have called before about it and never offered help till this call…thanks a lot service electric I see how you value me

I truly wish I could provide this company negative stars. I feel like I am still living in the 1990’s with dial-up Internet given how slow our speeds are and how much time is wasted trying to reconnect our devices to the Wi-Fi. We’ve called numerous times, have had a technician out numerous times and each time we are told everything looks fine. Despite everything looking “fine” we’ve had to purchase a mesh network system for our TOWNHOME and still cannot make it through a single show (whether it is live or recorded) without the TV buffering. We pay top dollar for their top speed and I feel we are lucky to get even half that. It is so very frustrating. I’d be happy to leave and search for another provider but somehow SE and Satellite our the only options in our neighborhood? Word to the wise - don’t move where Service Electric is your only option.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however we (as a cable company) are generally told what lineup each channel must be placed on during negotiations with the networks. We are also often required to carry many, or even all, of a networks' channels, in order to just carry one. (For example, to carry NBC, we are required to carry many other channels owned by NBC.) Because of the contractual obligations in place by the networks, we are currently unable to offer a la carte channel selection option to our subscribers at a reasonable price. Should this ever become an option, we will look into it and notify our customers. Thank you!
