I live here. It's quiet, safe and secured. My neighbors are good people. It's clean and all the trailers are neat a nice looking. Lawns are maintained and kept neat. My land Lords are good people and easy to talk to.

Rent varies on what space you need. Tax I have no clue sorry. The place is clean and you would enjoy that. No laundry mat on sight.
