Hi Leslyee! Yes - we do have a few different size spaces that are becoming available. The question is what are the dimensions of the home? We would be looking for what is traditionally called "box size," ie the size of the home without the hitch. It might be 24-28' wide and 48-70' long. Hello Anonymity Comedy, the lot rent is $488 per month. Contrary to Ms. Nawn's comment below, you do NOT have to pay taxes on the land, only on the home, which you would own. You can look up the assessments of any of the homes in the community on Northampton County's Assessment Office website. You will find that they average less than $1,000 per year. Hope this helps. Sometimes you can get financing and your monthly payment is less than what you would pay to rent, so it might be something worth looking into. Hi Judy, At this time, the community is not selling a home at that address. It may be for sale by the homeowner and you would have to contact them directly. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Hi Joann, We do not rent homes in any of our communities. Very often, however, the site rent plus a mortgage on a home can still be less than the monthly rent of comparable apartments. Hi Amanda, We don't have a dumpster on site. With the move-in packet there are a few pages regarding garbage removal. Info such as pick up dates, yard waste guidelines, and what will and will not be accepted are in there. Basically bigger items are fine but you should call ahead of time. Hi Raquel, We have a space that can accommodate a 2 bedroom home but we do not have one available at the moment. If you would like to look at the possibility of ordering a home for that space, please call the office. It would be in the ballpark of $45-55,000 and take about 3 months. I think your best option is to call the office and ask for Jared. If he is not there I would leave your contact information because Jared will definitely call you back. From what I understand there may have been some changes in the office staff recently and this may have caused the confusion. I am not sure they have a website to check water usage but j know they will do whatever they can to accommodate you.
