I think your best option is to call the office and ask for Jared. If he is not there I would leave your contact information because Jared will definitely call you back. From what I understand there may have been some changes in the office staff recently and this may have caused the confusion. I am not sure they have a website to check water usage but j know they will do whatever they can to accommodate you.
