I live here. U can not rent out ur mobile as it's against park rules. One resident must be 55 . The info above about lot rent is correct. We were told the park is full as of this month. U would hg too buy one in place if any are for sale & no one under 18 is allowed here.
Rentals ? January, February and March 2020. 2 bed 2 bath.

You would have to call and talk to Jake the park manager. Each trailer is owned individually I believe.

It may vary slightly from space to space, but ours is just under $500 ... including water, sewer & trash facilities. One of the many reasons we purchased our double-wide in Sunrise Vista!

Lot rent I believe is around $485, they do have a few empty spots, but you can't actually "buy" the spots they are rented
Is there a listing of any of the trailers that are up for sale? I have never been to Mesa I wouldn’t mind renting for a month somewhere to see if I like it and then purchasing one of the trailer homes in the 55+ gated communities I do have one

No. Unless it is a service dog. Other than that, I believe the weight limit is 30 lb.
