Yes. The sushi grade fish is frozen and raw as well as smoke like the eels. They have a whole freezer dedicated to fish like yellowtail. The also sell steamed octopus tentacles. The have sushi sweet rice and seaweeds. I was impressed.

I know they sell spicy noodles. Not sure on the black bean noodles. They do have a variety of noodles to select from.

i believe the food court opens up when the Asiana Market opens up. it's nice that they have a good sized food court to eat before or after you shop.

the Asiana Market had a variety of eel sauces. although i don't remember see this one in particular. I would call the store to verify.

That is a question for Mr Bae, his general manager or people who do hiring. My memory is not trustworthy or informed on their preferences. I know that there are employees who are not likely to converse in Korean but this is a stupid response on my part. I have shopped for many years but haven't actually worked there. My uneducated guess is if you have qualities valuable in their minds you would be fairly considered. If hired you may strongly consider learning about Korean culture to be a better employee.

Korean food, each stall have their own specialty of Korean food. It's our favorite place for Korean food for our family.
