Line out the door at 5:10 PM (deadline for packages to go out that day was @ 5:30) and all 3 employees are helping people that are holding items to be shipped that haven't even selected a box yet much less those of us that have already weighed, packaged and labeled our items only needing them to be scanned/dropped off. Even the US Post Office has a way to drop off a package and get it scanned in without having to wait for 45 minutes!
