I ordered some gym equipment from Rogues Website for store pickup. I only live about a hour & half from Rogue HQ so it made sense to make the drive vs paying the enormous amount of money in shipping costs. The place was pretty cool inside & i was able to walk into the gym equipment showroom area. Only giving a 4 star review because I did have to wait awhile for the warehouse to get my order together.

I liked some Rogue products but the customer service has become terrible. Products get lost or arrived damaged. Rogue provides zero assistance and expects the customer to solve these problems. It really has just become like Titan Fitness. Good news is you can dispute the charge easy on your credit card. Frustrating after spending so much money with them.

I was a returning customer who bought products periodically. Very good products, but poor Customer care, will no longer buy anything from Rogue after a recent interaction with the company.

My home gym equipment (rack, barbell, plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, bench, etc.) was supposed to be delivered on on 07/18/22 from 1-5pm. It is now 08/21/22 and I still don’t have my equipment. I have stayed at home on 4 occasions so that I could receive the shipment, but it has never been delivered (no communication from either Rogue or the shipping company to notify me of the no show). I have contacted Rogue and the shipping company (too) many times to no avail.
