Dr. Weaver was amazing. I was sent to him by another great OSU doc, Dr. Vetter. While the physical therapy also prescribed definitely helped by back issues, the procedure Dr. Weaver performed allowed me to feel normal again. My pain went from a 4 on good days to an 8 on bad ones before he did RFA on me; after I was able to function a whole day and not feel like I was struggling to get through it. I have moved to Texas now and, my goodness, it is not the same down here. I need to get that Zuckerberg money so I can just fly this awesome doc down to treat me as needed.😆 The quality you get through The OSU hospital network is truly unmatched. As for ‘bedside manner’, I found Dr. Weaver to be a great mix of analytical and lighthearted and funny when needed. He put me at ease. Was he arrogant as a couple reviewers said? I didn’t think he was, but to be a doctor…go into people’s spines…takes a little swagger.

This man has saved my life in more ways than one. In 2015 I was ran over by a car in a crosswalk. (They didn’t see cars in front of them stopped at the red light and veered into oncoming traffic, ran the red light and hit me in the crosswalk and suffered life threatening injuries.) it took a long time after being put back together by other doctor but after awhile I was in too much pain and was commuted for suicide attempt and then dr. Weaver came to my rescue and implanted a spinal cord stimulator ( that a million other doctors before him never mentioned.) Hands down I will never leave this life saver of mine.

Wow. I’m actually shocked at the reviews for Dr. Weaver! He was absolutely incredible and one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen! His bedside manner was incredible and talked to me like a real person and not a doctor! He walked me through the entire procedure and took away any anxiety! I gave him 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option!
