Saw something amazing here. Associate Jennifer..Noticed elderly gentleman on phone requesting a pay copier. She immediately took action to let him know he was being scammed. This was an awesome display of service.. as he really didn't believe it. Great job all !

Online order, picked up in store. Store personnel tried to give me the non-XL ink and claimed they do not sell the XL ink. They insisted that what they were trying to force me to take is all the store carries. I walked over and showed them three packages on the shelf that matched my prepaid receipt, and only then did they agree to give me what I paid for instead of the lower cost non-XL ink they were trying to force on me. I have never had this problem before, so I will give them one more chance in the future. If it happens again, I will be an ex-customer forever.

The manager Kevin and associates Grace were extremely helpful. They were able to find a creative solution to resolve my issue. I am thankful they were working today I don’t know if my issue could have been resolved without them.

Must office supplies would be found here but selection is limited. The internet stock doesn't reflect the availability at the store.

I think they do have a shredding service at their service counter.
They have many. Don't forget that if you don't see what you were looking for in the store, you can always go to Staples online. I got a swivel chair there recently that is so comfortable. I love it.
No not aware do just call them . Very nice stapes.
You can indeed recycle rechargeable batteries; the only batteries not recyclable here are alkalines, Ni-Cad/Ni-MH, and lead-acid. Basically, lithium batteries are what is primarily recycled. Regardless, the EasyTech staff can help with responsible disposal. 🙂
.11 cents on selfseve printers
its 11 cents plus tax, the cheaper price is for large quantities ordered through website
Not sure if this is how the Questions area is supposed to work. You've asked a question "for" Staples, not "about" Staples.
Very Possible, I don't know for sure. If she's there ask for Rachel, she like totally rules the printing and copying portion of Staples on McKellips/Greenfield in Mesa.
