Have the misfortune of living here. If I could give it negative stars I would. Badly maintained and always open to the neighborhood Tweakers. And the lot rent is going up without any thing being fixed You couldn't pay me to use the pool

Its when it closes that you want to keep eye on. And yes be prepared to have the rules imposed on you by the surrounding tennants who will end up being annoyed with you having fun.

Let me just say that the new manager has already begun fixing the damage I tried to get the previous manager Bill to just come look at in. He never did. Our new manager is proof to me that he keeps his word. I am very pleased with the progress.
