5 years preparing my taxes here. I can say that I have never had problems reporting my taxes. But today it seems to me that I have been too naive in paying this amount of money for the service that claims to start at $75.00 and ends up being over $300.00. People with a lack of knowledge don't even know since this part is taken directly from the Refund Tax.
