This is the worst place to call nobody EVER picks up the phone they’re always under staffed and have you on hold for ever! Calling customer service doesn’t help either all I wanted to know is when my last visit was and if I was due for my checkup yet. Smh

People are friendly but they will not answer the phone or call you back

HUGE difference from a year or two ago. I stopped coming here because the staff was just so unaccommodating and emotionless. Always seemed annoyed. Today I walked in with three broken glasses hoping to get them repaired in 48 hours. The staff was so nice, like super nice. They fixed two glasses on the spot for free even though I didn't even purchase them there, and then sold me a frame for the other pair which was beyond fixing. They even gave me 40% off the frames. They put the lenses in immediately. Whole thing took about 15 minutes. I was so impressed with the staff. They won me back as a customer. Thank you Visionworks Airport Center Saturday staff =)

Hello Robert, Eye Exam Pricing is $45.00 and Contact Lens Exam Pricing is $95.00.
I had trouble with this but it ended up taking my appointment anyway. If you went through the whole process but got an email saying you have to finish setting it up click here and you can't. It's more than likely the appointment was already set up so keep the date in your calendar. I got a surprise call a few days before an appointment I set up but thought didn't go through and had to cancel the second one I set up. Hope this helps.
You can call and ask them I believe if the eye script is over 12 month you will need a new one
That is dependent upon your insurance. Most RX expire after a year
