Don't trust the site it said they had 3 bedrooms I scheduled a tour drove 20 minutes for the lady at the front desk to tell me none are available I told her to update their aite because I scheduled the tour the day before. FIX YOUR SITE!

Between the maggots coming from my neighbors, roaches, and flies that crawl through the window; the ridiculously loud neighbors, crime in the area and miscommunication in the office, I definitely feel disappointed with management and these apartments. I implore you…PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ELSEWHERE!

The apartment I was in was nice. There are some things are weren’t built correctly such as windows not fully closing where you can lock. I was on the third floor so not a big problem. My issue is I have contacted them 5 times so far about my Deposit. When I left and got my check back for my Deposit, there was money taken out with no notification. I called and they said it was because of pro-rated rent. This is incorrect because my lease ended on April 30th. My keys were turned on on April 30th. Someone in the system put in that I stayed till May 11th which is again incorrect. This is why I am giving a one star because they are stealing my money for no reason. Update: 6/27 after months and over a year of emailing and trying to get my money back. I still have not received and they have stopped responded to my emails. They kept on bouncing my emails around so they wouldn’t pay.

I’m a resident and Housing Director for one of the largest non-profit organizations in Franklin County and this is one of the most disillusioned residential experience I’ve ever had. The aesthetic of these apartments are indicative of the management; everything on the outside looks great but the foundational stuff is subpar. The electrical wiring and appliances here are average-at-best. And the moment things breakdown, the response time to getting them fixed is non-existent. I have called, emailed, texted and visited the management office in-person and still haven’t gotten my microwave fixed or replaced. I am thoroughly disappointed in ownership and management staff here and WILL be contacting Legal Aid Society to strategize a potential legal response to this lackluster management if anyone is interested in joining me. This is completely unacceptable. I’m sure if the residents weren’t overwhelming Black families, making average wages, none of this would be an issue.
