The brushes on passenger side of car don't even touch my big suv. A set of brushes in middle that use to work don't. Sometime they spray car with bug remover and sometimes they don't. Considering canceling membership.

Awesome..drive through for a wash and then roll over to nonstop running vacumn and trash for a quick and easy wash etc. Love it.

Constant issues since Flash took over/rebranded the wash. Used to be the best wash in the region, consistently worse every month since. Had a recurring monthly account since my free healthcare workers washes ended at the beginning of the pandemic. Such a shame, really was a great wash. The Springfield one is slightly better, but even then soap is still left on the vehicle, rubbers/soft parts of exterior of car will be discolored, etc. Definitely scratches and wash is so rough that is constantly pushed me side mirrors out the wrong way. Constant system/check in machine issues, etc... Never had these issues before Flash appeared.
