Jose at Balise Kia in Springfield helped me find the exact car I was looking for. He helped me find a reliable and reasonably priced car within 15 minutes of me going there. This experience started as soon as we called Balise Kia. He picked up the phone and was courteous and helpful, so, we decided to drive down there. We passed over 20 other Kia dealerships before we got to Balise, but it was all worth it because of the experience we got from Jose. Not only did he provide excellent customer service and would follow up with us to let us know when the car was delivered, but the car was delivered 3 weeks ahead of time! As well, Jose was helping us sign the paperwork even on his day off. He is a great asset to have at Kia, and if I were to purchase another vehicle, I would definitely be back at this location to deal with Jose. I had never previously driven a Kia before and I fell in love with it! Now to the best part: we were able to get the 2023 Kia Sportage X-Line at MSRP! No other location was able to offer us what Jose offered us and also by exceeding excellent customer experience. The overall process was quick and simple and he was very patient and informed when answering all of the questions. I cannot thank Jose enough for landing us our dream car at MSRP! I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Jose at Balise Kia.

Balise was fantastic throughout the entire process. We ordered a carnival through them, it took a while to come in, but unfortunately there was nothing Balise or I could do about that due to all the delays the auto industry is currently facing. Even with that Jonathan at Balise found a way to make it a smooth and easy purchase and did a great job going over the van with us when we finally got it.

I will never buy a car at balise kia it was horrible experience the car was dirty at delivery after 2 days i had it to take the truck back because it was leaking oil
