Had a horrible time applying there application process is so out dated and the people who are picked to live in there housing is of higher end middle class people. I have an apartment for over 5 years with out ever breaking a lease. so after applying to home like apartments in west springfield I was told I don’t meet there standards even thou my income is more than enough to apply. All I wanted was a place closer to family and was told try this place out and that they were picky about there tenets. So anyone who tries to apply here please be aware of you are middle class or less they will deny you every single time. Just wanted to let people know so they don’t waste there time.

Front office and maintenance were great the years I was there. Very friendly and were quick to get repairs done. Prices are affordable and it's a very quiet area despite being off a busy road. What i didn't like is the apartments are a little outdated, they get very dusty for whatever reason, and if you live on a lower floor it always sounds like the tenants upstairs are stomping when they walk.
