Never answers the phone in the office. They are never in the office. Got smart with my husband because he tried to pay one month with a money order although it says they take money order. When moving out, they remove everyone’s carpet. We see it all the time. They charged us for carpet removal and carpet cleaning. It nearly cost $800. So many rules. I understand safety rules, but limiting me on what we can put on our patios for no reason. No lighting on the rails? Nothing touching the rails? Really? I truly know the goal is to take advantage of military. Keep the money glad I left.

Honestly, just live somewhere else. People steal your packages, the office doesn't care about any of the theft issues that happen on the property. No one cleans up after their dogs. We loved it when we first moved in but SO glad to be out.

I have always loved the neighborhood, but recently have had issues that I believe people should be aware of before moving in. Our storage area was recently broken into, and one of my items was found in another persons storage locker. I let management know that I was filing a police report, and that I was suspicious the person may have stolen more of my things. Instead of letting the cops do their job, management decided to contact the person and let them know what was going on. This of course would have given them the chance to get rid of any other items they had stolen from me. I believe it was unprofessional and presumptuous to have handled it this way. They also told me that they had emailed everyone who's storage had been compromised, which they later admitted they never actually did. Better management and security would be the two things this place could use most. Review would have been 5 stars otherwise. Got to shout out Gary on the security team though, that guy is always very positive, kind, and get's work done around the neighborhood.

My brother has been living in these apartments for two years now and recently we have been disgusted by the service and the increasing number of thefts. This past weekend our car got broken into, while it was parked in our assigned parking spot in the garage. They stole everything, A-Z. even the light fixtures above the sun visors in both the drivers seat as well as the passenger seats. Later that evening, I noticed another car 100 yards from our car was also broken into. Cleaned from A-Z. The leasing office didn't show much emotion when we first advised them of the situation. One of the ladies said and I quote "Well it doesn't look like a forced entry." We've filed police reports and have requested to see the video footage, but according to one of their staff, they are unable to provide that footage and the footage they were able to recover didn't show anything. There is literally a camera above the second car that got broken into. Also, the gate at this apartment always breaks. Literally broke as I was writing this post. I went down to take pictures. If you value your family, if you value your things - Do not live here.
