Anytime there's an issue with my apartment Jesse, head of facilities takes a personal interest in making sure the job is done properly. Not only that, he goes out of his way to make sure residents know that they can come directly to him with any issues or questions. This may sound strange but having such a helpful detail oriented head of maintenance is one of the reasons I continue to sign annual leases - knowing that I will be well taken care of if any issues arise with my unit. Thanks again for all that you do Jesse!

We have lived here for 12 years and the maintenance dept has always done a fine job. A special thanks to Jessi for always taking care of things so quickly and conscientiously. Thanks for repositioning the flood light above our balcony. It's really great now.

Bay Pointe Maintenance team is great! Whenever we have issues in our unit, they always come and fix them fast and with efficiency. The whole team always super friendly. Shout out to Jesse and Raul who are always smiling and with great attitude and also Marcos who does his best to keep our community clean 🙂

I ended up moving out a while back to be closer to my work, but I spent my first 7ish months in San Diego at this place. I lived in one of the studios. It’s in a wonderful location (1 block from Sail Bay!) and the rent was pretty reasonable compared to other apartments in PB. Maintenance was always very prompt when I had problems and the leasing office was very quick to answer any questions I had. They were also very upfront about things I needed to take care of upon move out and I got nearly all my security deposit back. Would recommend!
