Canyon Ridge is the best apartment complex in San Diego! They meet all your needs from: excellent customer service, timely maintenance repairs, beautiful apartments, amazing views, multiple gyms, a pool, ample parking, and a washer and dryer. We could not have been happier with our stay at Canyon Ridge. Thank you Marissa, Ari, Megan, Dave, and Christian!!!

Love it, love it, love it, love it!! Everything from the prospecting process to the move in to the actual living here has been amazing. Marissa is such a sweetheart and is really on top of things. I love that this is a smaller community with mostly quiet and respectful tenants. It truly is a little treasure in Mission Bay/Clairemont. It was higher than my price point and I was actually looking to possibly move into the Coral Bay community but the vibe there was night and day from the serene, happy vibe at Canyon Ridge. The apartments are gorgeous with character and w/d in units plus assigned parking - which was HUGE to me. I also loved their 30 day retract guarantee. Essentially, if you live here for 30 days or less and hate it, you can break the lease without repercussion. Unheard of! Huge thanks to all the Canyon Ridge Staff for keeping this a clean, courteous, and harmonious environment!

We're a military couple who have lived at Canyon Ridge over a year. We've had such a good experience at this complex. The office staff and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and fast. The location is perfect if you want easy access to downtown and the beaches. Parking is a bit of a nightmare with the other large complex nearby, but that's also San Diego. The unit itself is great. All the issues we've had have been handled swiftly and correctly. The gym is up to date and not too crowded. We love the small gym by our unit too! Overall, we're very happy here!

Canyon ridge, I am a current resident at Canyon Ridge apartments. The place is amazing, and the apartment complex is very relaxing. The place is pretty quiet overall, and is kept in a good clean manor. The maintenance team is very friendly, and also very reliable for fixing your "at home" issues. I placed a call for a "window screen replacement" on Saturday, and Monday morning they were there to fix it, as well as replace a broken blind I hadn't even noticed. The Staff is by far the best part. Irina and Nashely are without a doubt some of the best leasing office and community managers I've ever had. They answer your calls Monday through Friday respectfully and happy to assist. They even go the extra mile with helping deliver your larger packages right to your door after they inform you, that your packages have arrived. As if that weren't enough, the staff will help assist you while you are recovering from an injury, with cart transportation to the gym/lounge/pool area that Canyon Ridge Apartments have! In short. I would recommend anyone looking for a perfect spot off the 5 tucked away quiet and cozy. To only go look at what Canyon Ridge apartments has to offer.
