Love living at this community. It is very well maintained and the staff members are always fast and efficient getting our work orders done. Mr. Jose Ramos has helped us several times getting every issue resolved and is great about following up to make sure all is in order. Thanks Mr. Ramos!

We have had a good experience so far after 2 month here and the amenities are great. They have great community events like cooking classes and holidays. For the most part, the staff is great except one that I cant remember her name but the manager took care of us immediately. It is a bit pricey but we live is SoCal and I believe it is fare. There are a few bad reviews about noisy neighbor's, I would have to say it is an apartment and everywhere you move, there will be some. If that bothers you I recommend a townhome or buy a house. Very pet friendly with 2 spacious dog parks on site and plenty of pet areas with bags. Great location, size and amenities! Recommend overall for sure. ***Update: we just moved into a awesome 3 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor that has a large patio area and it is great. The transition was easy from start to finish and we couldn't be happier. (Unless it was free of course)!***

I would love give this complex a good review, because the location and size of apartments are great. Sadly, there are way too many negatives that negate these two. The entire leasing office should be fired. They are rude, incompetent and dismissive. If I have a problem, I basically have to solve it myself. Management needs to correct this immediately or you will lose all your tenants. There is no insulation which causes the electricity bills to skyrocket in the summer, particularly for 3rd floor residents as the heat rises from below apartments. No concrete between floors to muffle walking sounds. You will hear every footstep taken by your neighbors. Regardless, the leasing office alone would make me refuse to live here again.

We have lived here for a year and a half now and love it. We have an amazing view, and we love spending time at the pool or watching a movie in the movie theatre. We appreciate our apartment and the layout of it with a bedroom on separate sides of our apartment. Lots of space and a nice patio as well. We always love coming home.

Select Essex communities offer homes that may be considered rent controlled. Availability and leasing terms are subject to change at any time. Essex also offers below-market rent (“BMR”) programs at select communities. While this is not a rental assistance program, BMR units may be available to residents who qualify based on their annual household income and the number of individuals living in their household.
