Although we had some issues originally with upstairs neighbors and noise related issues - our current point of contact Dayton has been outstanding in addressing our requests. Thank you very much Dayton for always going above and beyond ! Circa 37 should be very happy to have an employee as helpful as Dayton.

Overall a great apartment complex leasing and property staff and maintenance the only big complaint I have is you can hear the 3rd floor of the complex down on the 1st floor. Nice community amenities etc. Just disappointing I heat my neighbors doors open and close and furniture being moved or a heavy walker walking from the 3rd floor when I'm on the ground level. With all other issues I've had the staff has done a good job addressing and resolving any problems or issues maintenance is also very good here as well.

Just moved in and so far it's been amazing here! Our apartment is nearly perfect, and anything it lacks the maintenance people quickly help us with. Vanessa has also been incredibly helpful in helping us get settled and answering all of our questions! In general, I must say this is a lovely place to live :)
