I absolutely love this apartment community! I had such a wonderful experience working with Anthony and Jessica. Anthony is very knowledgeable, responsive and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. I had a million questions and he was able to answer every single one and he answers emails promptly. Apartment is well maintained and spacious, washer and dryer in unit. I love the amenities and close proximity to everything. The maintenance team, Robert and Sergio does a great job responding to issues, quick with any request I put in and very reliable. Also, it is nice they are pet friendly here. I highly recommend Allure Scripps Ranch to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. Anthony and Jessica both do a amazing job going above and beyond for residents.

Just moved in and this place has been amazing! The leasing process was smooth and easy. Anthony was responsive and made the moving process stress free. Honestly super excited for summer to come to use the pool and amenities often!!

I was nervous moving from Australia and renting this apartment without being able to see it first, but I’m SO happy that I did. First of all the staff is excellent ! I can’t say enough about Jessica (manager) Anthony and Patience who have all helped me with various things during my time here. If it weren’t for relocating I would definitely be staying at Allure. The amenities are well kept and up to date. The location is excellent with Trader Joe’s an easy 3 min walk. Also every time I needed something fixed in the apartment Carlos ( maintenance manager ) was On top of it. Things got fixed within a day or 2 and he is always extremely friendly and professional. The entire staff does an excellent job making sure you feel you are a priority .

Great outdoor community pool and hot tub area. Nice gym and shared spaces. Units are decent sized and allow nice amenities. Plumbing seems a little old along with some of the appliances. Walls are thick enough to not hear much from around you. No elevators and limited parking, makes it difficult for multiple people. Also every year rent raises so that makes it not worth long leases.
