Rebecca Salaam was very helpful today when I had difficulty signing into my account. We weren't able to fix the issue; but she gave it all she had with a friendly, can do spirit. She stayed with me on the phone, so we could work on it together in real time. Even though we weren't successful, she gave me hope and assurances that IT will be able to sort it out soon. It's always helpful to talk to a friendly human when you are in the techno weeds. Thanks Rebecca!

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU’RE A MILITARY FAMILY THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! My wife lived here while I was deployed overseas for 6 months. She was only given a 12 month lease option because of a COVID law. When I came back we needed to terminate the lease to relocate and they would not accept my orders since I was not in the lease. We did not put me on the lease as an occupant because well... I wasn’t living there. They had us pay a $1650 termination fee to end the lease and had to pay back the $1650 “first month free rent” special that was offered on top of a $400 paint/cleaning fee. They really had it in them to milk almost $4000 out of us.

To start off, the management has gotten a lot better since when we first moved in so we’re grateful for that. We lived in Carmel Landing for 13 months, the #1 complaint we have is the parking. Such a tight squeeze and nothing is ever done when cars are double-parked. Second, We have almost never had a good experience with the leasing office. When moving out I called and asked what we needed for moving out if we needed to fill out any paperwork & I was told no. We just needed to do a pre-move out inspection so I went ahead and booked it. 1 week later I get a call saying we need to book our pre-move out inspection, I told her we already scheduled and she said it wasn’t on the calendar, so we re-booked. Days later I was called again asking from a THIRD employee at the leasing office for our “move out” documents. But we were told we didn’t need to sign any documents. When I received the documents the date was saying we would move out 2021 instead of 2020. It was fixed and we signed. Days later, we were told it was done incorrectly on their end and we needed to re-sign. Over and over again there was issues. After moving out and talking to three different employees I still received phone calls asking for our forwarding address that I have given 4 times now. All said & done, we put in a $1,000 security deposit (pet deposit) and only received back $100... Our advice, save your money and live somewhere else.

To start the leasing process and ensure your application is complete, you may be required to present (1) A valid driver's license or government-issued ID for each applicant (2) Proof of income document such as a current bank statement, W-2 form, or pay stubs (3) Payment for application and administrative fees, as well as applicable security deposit fees to secure your apartment. How old do I have to be to rent an apartment?
