Absolutely amazing experience renting here and was sad to leave when I had to move. The staff were always accommodating and super friendly. I had a late night weekend maintenance issue come up and they came and fixed it within hours which I have never experienced at other apartments. The grounds were always well kept and everything was super clean. It’s also conveniently located close to a ton of stores. When I move back this will be my first stop in search of a place to live.

I lived at CentrePointe for 2 leases. It felt like a bait and switch. Management spends time on new applicants and not on those who pay. Complaints were not addressed in time and there were many excuses. The rent was high when I moved in and it increased a lot. I heard from neighbors this is common. Noise was a problem. I did not think it would be but you can hear people opening doors and using appliances. Invest in a good set of earplugs. Parking was a hassle too. There were quite a few times I was not able to park near my apartment. People do not clean up after their dogs either so be careful where you step. The one pro was the locations near the mall but it gets old after awhile and there are other options in the area.

Despite only living here for 6 months, I absolutely loved my stay here. The amenities, apartment design and location can't be beat. On top of it all, grounds are very well maintained, service for maintenance is taken care of immediately with the utmost professionalism by staff. Oh AND, never thought I'd say this about a property rental company but the management here is phenomenal. Simona the complex manager is beyond professional and helpful; I've never had such a great experience with apartment company management/staff. If I didn't have to move out of the county I would have been very happy to stay at CentrePointe. Thank you team Essex 😊

I'd give this place zero stars if I could! IF YOU HAVE DOGS DON'T EVER LIVE HERE. By far the most poorly managed, two-faced staff of any apartments I have ever lived in. The staff picks and chooses who is in violation of the rules and who aren't. A few weeks ago 2 technicians came to fix a leak from my AC. I have two dogs and when the technicians entered, my dogs barked and sniffed and did all the things 90% of dogs would do if two random people entered their home. After a few minutes my dogs laid on the couch and the technicians proceeded to fix the like without any incident for a little over an hour. Ten days later I find out that the technician is claiming that my dog bit him and management says that I have 7 DAYS to find a new place or get rid of the dog. They had no pictures, no police report, no medical records at all. They don't have the common decency to come talk to you face to face they just write a letter and post it on your door. It blew my mind that without any evidence at all or any investigation they just went straight to the eviction notice. Meanwhile the tenant behind me who lives in #103 has multiple dogs who cry and bark and are neglected all day and management does absolutely nothing about it. The dog clause is so vague so management can pick and choose who breaks it and thats exactly what they do and basically anyone can say ANYTHING about your dogs doing something and without any questions or investigation Centre Point will go straight to eviction. They also won't have the balls to come talk to you face to face. they are rarely in the office and never answer their phone. if you want to get in touch with them you pretty much have to sit at the pool and wait for them to come back from their hour long smoke breaks.
