I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation to Bradley Kirk ( Carmel Summit Maintenance Technician). On more than one occasion Bradley had shown true professionalism, politeness to all residents, always waves hi to everyone he sees in his way. He is very skilled efficient and very caring he has shown dedication to his job. He took care of an issue that I had with my washer immediately! He follow up with us to make sure we were satisfied and had no questions. Thank you Carmel Summit for having a great employee " Bradley Kirk"!

We just moved in this week. The apartment was extremely dirty and there are countless maintenance issues…including the AC not working. These apartments are "cleaned" prior to turnover, however there were items left in the bathroom drawers from the previous residents and even jewelry in the carpet. It’s clear that the previous residents moved out and Carmel Summit didn’t even clean or look at the apartment before letting us move in. The leasing staff continues to work remote and are not very responsive to our attempts to communicate. We have emails, text messages, and phone calls that have yet to be responded to. Once management reads this I am sure they will respond. I find it strange that maintenance is able to work in the apartments and expected to deal with the residents, however the leasing staff is still no contact and not even on the property. My wife and I lived here three years ago before moving overseas. Therefore, we know that they charge residents for cleaning and especially having a professionally cleaned carpet (NOT DIY). We have reached out requesting proof of professional cleaning from the vendors. Maintenance (in person) told us we have to contact the leasing team and the leasing team (on the phone) told us we have to contact maintenance. We asked via text and email as well and have yet to receive a response from either. When we moved in they sent maintenance to come in and do some cleaning since the apartment was not in a good state. Maintenance cleaned for about an hour in the worst spots, however it is still filthy. As prior residents, we know we would have been charged if we left the apartment in this condition, therefore, it is ridiculous that we have to accept the apartment in this condition. The only person that has maintained consistent communication and proves to be an asset to Carmel Summit's team is Bradley Kirk. The man is friendly, quick, and efficient. He is the only reason I would give a star on this review. Attached is the photo proof from move in day.

We lived here in 1991-92. Traveled back to San Diego last year for a reunion. Had to drive out I-15 to check out the old place and it's still as nice as it ever was. This is definitely a place worth checking out if you're looking for a nice place to live with an attached garage. Excellent location! Everything is a stones throw away. Adam, Appreciate your response. We really loved our time there. Of course when we lived there, there was NOTHING across the road and we just loved the view we enjoyed every evening at sunset, with the misty layer coming off the ocean and reaching over the hills to the West. The only thing there, was the shopping center with the Ralph's supermarket. Even though everything has changed, the Carmel Summit complex is still wonderful and enjoys what is probably the best location around. Apparently, you're doing a great job.
