My daughter lived here, it was alright for the price. I feel she was harrassed a lot. We had cops called on us for our kids playing around. Like if you can’t handle apartment living get a house and move out. The area was nice and everything but the people do too much! Act like their living in a house they own or something!

The time I had to look for a place was very limited, so I had to settle for this. The date I was supposed to move in the apartment that I was originally going to get was not ready on the promised date. In turn I had to contact all the places and rearrange everything to another address and apartment. This was an unnecessary hassle and it was literally the day before I was moving in. The front office seemed very nice throughout the process but still put me in a bad situation. Since I have been here there are some issues: 1) Parking is terrible. There is no assigned parking. I would say my neighbors in just one apartment probably have 3-4 different vehicles and are constantly going in and out. You have to pull in and cannot back in. I see cars backed in all the time and there is no enforcement on this at all (Gray Nissan 350z). Multiple vehicles without stickers that park here. Box trucks parked in spots which goes against the rules. Vehicles that haven't moved in weeks and nothing happens to them (Motorcycle with cover on it). Additionally the worst part is the constant car alarms going off randomly at 130am and nobody turns them off. Had one the other night going off for about 15 min before anything turned off(Orange Honda Element). If you were going to have anybody come over the process to get them a parking pass is ridiculous. 2) The apartment is not bad other than the walls are paper thin. When my neighbors are at the kitchen sink it sounds like they are in my place doing my dishes. You can hear their conversations like your right there with them. I can hear people 2 building down and across the street with my doors and windows closed. Maybe they are talking loud but when they are playing music I am glad I am not their direct neighbors. No A\C and not an option to put in washer\dryer. There seems to be a lot of moisture in these apartments, specifically in the closet. I have a moisture absorber that is supposed to last 3 months and barely lasts 1. This also leaves an odor on my clothes which forces me to rewash a lot of my things. 3) Laundry room seems to always be dirty. People do not pick up after themselves and leave it a mess. The washers always leave clothes smelling stale. This could be due to the washers not being cleaned properly. Side loaders need to be left open to dry out. When they are closed with them still being wet and damp it will create an odor in the lip of the washer. Prices constantly change and dryer times change as well. You have to pay attention because one day you will get 50 min and another you'll get 30. 4) Pool and Hot tub I have not used. But I do witness a lot of kids which I don't think live here coming and going. Getting let in by other residents inside. 5) No gym! If I had to give my opinion on living at this place I would recommend them to go somewhere else. You can get better for the price and with more\better amenities. Hopefully this review will somebody.

Update: after reading the answer, is hella funny that you lie like that! All my neighbors had the same issue because the told me and you guys told me that one of them was a problem. So don’t t try to make things up! Yes I did cancel cuz we weren't at home and thats it. And its pretty annoying ever couple weeks after the treatment more and more roaches. So dont try to lie over here when you know my apartment had roaches since the first day we step in. Now Who wrote this is kinda a liar and try to cover up so they can get people there. Money over everything maybe one day you can live in those apartments and tell us your experience lol Worst place ever!!!! The people in the office are nice! They are not the problem. The problem is how dirty and how many roaches! They let us leave and thanks god because I will be sick if I have to live with roaches at home. Since the first day we have roaches. And all my neighbors too. I normally don't pay attention to the reviews because some people complain a lot for little things, so I give them a try. But I should of read good the reviews. Staaaaay awaaay as much cheaper is. They need to clean the whole apartment complex before they rent it out. Believe me You wont be happy if you move. This is just an advice to the next people like me. I am glad the people in the office were very nice and help us out... but the management is the problem...

I lived at Oro Vista Villas for two years and 11 months. Many times I complained to management of: 1. Trespassing near and/or in the swimming pool area, and nothing was done about it. I lived in apt 278, right across from the pool. A woman drove inside the apts, chased a guy from the pool and ended up creashing on a big tree, a few feet from my car and from where I was standing with my seven yr old son. The woman ran away, but it was a shocking experience for my son. I could not live there anymore. 2. Vandalism - This place rents to Korean international students, who keep changing every few months. Several would stand and smoke right next to my car and my bmw motorcycle. I would ask them not to do it, management would not do anything about it. Korean guys ended up making perforations on my motorcycle cover, which was expensive and waterproof. Again, apt manager did nothing. 3. During the rains of 2017, ceiling began to leak heavily. Called management and they sent some subcontractor guys who connected an industrial heater and blower, right in the middle of my living room and covered them with a huge cylindrical, plastic curtail. For seven days they plugged and ran these heavy machines using my own electricity, and told me not to turn them off. This is a terrible place to live in as management ignores all concerns and it became (at least during the time I was there) into a dangerous place to live at. I had no choice but to leave those apartments, one month short of ending my lease. The car crash was too much for my son and myself. Now, Oro Vista Villas had the nerve to send me to collections and bill me $1,555.00!!! And I have photos of everything I have stated here
