This place is the real deal for pastries and baked goods--and also feels like a bit Parisian with its decor. We buy the almond croissant and would rank it highly. They really care about making quality products

Hi Lawrence--Just seeing your question today. Yes you may scoop portions and freeze so you can just pull and bake individual portioned cookies. Airtight container/wrapping. No need to grease cookie sheet. We use parchment paper. Thank you! Amie

Hi Daphne, We'd love to be able to make them but we are limited by the health department as to what we can do at the library during our transition period to the new bakery--our opening is getting closer--hope to see you there. We're also working on continuing our partnership with the library so we'll be able to have more items available, including muffins, once we are able to bake in our new kitchen.
