This place has got the loudest most obnoxious neighbors. From the security to the front office they won't help you. Party's and loud music till hrs in the morning. If you work for a living don't move to this dumpster fire. It'd be a loss of money and sleep. Can't wait to move ASAP

We enjoy living here. We moved from a one bed to a two bed recently. It's an older building but that means you save and the maintenance staff is prompt, professional and courteous. Darrell is our go to mr.fix-it. He is friendly when we see him around the complex and knowledgeable. The staff always waives and says hello. The complex is quiet for the most part, the grounds well maintained and very dog friendly :)

i live here now, i can not wait to move out. i have had my car damaged, my house was infested with bugs, all types, even be bugs due to the gross dirty neighbors, i had to throw away a brand new 2,000$ bed. the management didnt do anything about my loss, i have slices in my screens from people trying to break in, nothing in the house was updated, when i moved in my dishwasher was falling out of the designated area for it, there were nails sticking up out of the carpet, the bathroom door handle was broken, the bedroom screen still to this day is hanging out of my bedroom window, the rest room water has air in the lines sounds like a boat horn when i turn it on low, the dishwasher sucks.my sliding door handle snapped the first time i used it. the neighbors i had upstairs were so loud it isnt even funny. There are rats, and roaches in the apartments ( i heard that from other unhappy tenants) i have spoke to numerous people who live here not one person likes it. my advise, do not move here. ever.

Nice try with the non-lease price excuse in the previous review. I'm currently living here under my second lease as a result of unfortunate events around the time my first lease was ending that left with me no option but to renew. My new rent is nearly a hundred dollars more per month than on my first lease. I don't understand why, as nothing has changed. I've been a good-standing tenant for over the past year and I guess that does nothing for you here. I am also not looking forward to the move-out inspection, as friends who have lived here (as well as previous reviews) have told me about the ridiculous fees for cleaning/carpet change. I too have seen a number of employees from the leasing office come and go. Kind of hard to build rapport with them. Same as with neighbors. Unfortunately, my top floor neighbor is still here. Sometimes I wish they would fall through the ceiling - always stomping around and making noise like they do. The ceilings and walls are pretty much paper thin; believe the reviews. You can hear the clap of the toilet seats through the ceiling, as well as the compost grinder in the kitchen sink, and the flow of shower water. I know it's against tenant privacy to ask the leasing office if your neighbors have kids/pets, but boooy would that help you decide if you want to live in that unit or not. Of course, though, if you have experience in apartment life you probably know what you do and don't want in a living space and what to expect. It did come as a shock to me, though, when I looked up the apartment area for sex offenders........................................................... Visually, it is a very nice place in a "good" neighborhood. Lots of amenities, but I don't know how many times I have lost out on money from the washing machine/dryers - always malfunctioning. The machine company is usually pretty good with refunds if you have the patience to contact them and all. It is a dream for pet owners. Owners, yes, as those who do not tolerate grass sodded with poop will not be so happy with the botanical areas. Walking distance to the USPS office, Albertsons, gas stations, Walgreens, etc. My gas tank was broken into and my gas cap was snipped off. I guess whoever did it tried to siphon my fuel. Parking lot lighting is horrible, and there are always people hanging out by the clubhouse/bbq grill late at night trying to get to the clubhouse wifi when the security guard isn't around. Occasionally, there are young couples hashing out arguments there too. It's annoying, really. On top of that, I've got great suspicion that a tenant 2 doors down sells/smokes weed. I don't know what other reason this girl and her boyfriend would be having visitors show up for, for like 2 minutes in their patio past midnight looking all paranoid.
