New management is waging a campaign to make the Peach Tree one of the best AFFORDABLE places to live downtown. Management will spend a lot of money if you ask for help with the bug problem. The people who complain most are the ones who clean least and then are surprised that bugs like the garbage in their rooms. Good security and a staff that tries to keep the place clean every single day.

The 4.8 stars is a LIE, read the reviews. This place is a highly over priced meth house sex offenders prostitutes and is being sued, because of bedbugs and cockroaches. She does a superficial job of taking care of them. she'll get the room treated, but they are still there living i the bed and she is too cheap and uncaring to give a new bed. My room was treated three times in two months. The first two times Rosa stated she would give me a "new" bed, she "lied". There was a stabbing, while Rosa (the manager) and another several months ago I have been subjugated to bias-racism, from the staff (who is Hispanic). Deceitful, discourteous, lies, etc. She gives impression she is better than everyone else, waiting for to wait 20 minutes for customer service, there is no phone service, she'll help someone when she feels like it and if one doesn't like it she gives an arrogant look and she hopes you don't like it, . As for the 5 stars how can this bedbug, cockroach, infested cesspool, rank the same as the Hilton, this tell you she lies. I've been told she does drugs. I'm moving out, as to let my body heal from the bites. I have been in the hospital for blood poisoning do to bites. therefore , if you are self disrespectful and destructive, move in, maybe you'll get my hovel, but if you love yourself, DON'T MOVE IN!!!!!

Common areas dirty, stuff randomly on halls walls or on their floors. Elevators seem like they are going to break down and permit in them dated 2015. The building provides Internet that is crazy slow/unreliable (thanks cox!). The mini fridge we got smelt horrible and has a hole from when a previous owner apparently hacked at it and put microwave don't work but they are suppose to fix that, we will see. But it is cheap rent and all utilities included downtown San Diego
