You can't simply call this branch and connect to a person in the store.... sends you to VM. Or, you could spend your time guessing random extension numbers in hopes of getting connected to a person. Oh well. People seem nice in the store.

Most of these stores you need to go in or call the toll free number. My Wi-Fi was slowing down, because my kids are home for the summer, and want to download everything. My wife and I went in to SC Commons store, and received a new modem/router and two Contour boxes for $25 less per month than we were paying. Joe helped us at the store and gave us some discounts that we didn't know were available. Then you call the numbers they provide. One number was for the modem/router hookup. That hookup allowed me to get rid of my separate airport express router. My connection is much cleaner and faster now. The Contour was a separate number, with a different specialist. I was hooked up and ready to go with both in about 40 minutes. Stop trying to call the store. They are sales people, not technical specialists. Call the toll free numbers they give you and you will have no problem.
