Review is based on experiences from 2+ months ago. It's not a one star because the coffee is reliable and they've always been friendly. However, I'm losing count of how many orders they've messed up in the drive through on my orders. Order coffee, it's made wrong. x2. Not a recent issue. Order a coffee and asiago bagel (extra toasted), gives me some veggie breakfast thing. x1 Try to get a simple ham and cheese sandwhich, light on the mayo, "can't do that" but here's ham, cheese, lettuce and tomato after a few minutes of back and forth. x1 Order a hot vanilla latte with whole milk and sugar, made wrong... x2 Bess Eaton, no. Disappointment, yes.

I drive to Newport sometimes for a chicken salad on a sesame bagel with lettuce toasted. I could never find a good one in South County. Turns out Bess Eaton has the best ones in the area.
