I came in to have several accessories installed in my new 2022 Trailblazer LT (which I bought here - fantastic experience!): Black Bow Ties, Black Rear Emblems, Black Grille Insert, Splash Guards,, Floor Liners & Cargo Liner. The Service Team at Paul Masse did an incredible job! My Trailblazer looks amazing! It was a really hot day, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating The Service Manager, Peter, was awesome! He took his time to explain everything to me and answer several of my questions regarding pricing, time, etc. A real professional and a gentleman. The Technician who worked on my vehicle, Max, was really awesome too! What a hard worker! Max took the time to come out and ask me questions, and explain to me the type of work involved in my installs. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I left feeling thrilled! I’ve just ordered an Aeroskin Hood Deflector & Low Profile Tape-On Side Window Deflectors, so I’ll be back very soon for more service!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Brandon Demarco (sales) & Cam Bourassa (finance) were an absolute pleasure to do business with! Straightforward, no BS at all, not trying to trick anyone into adding additional packages…. Just a flawless and extremely enjoyable purchasing experience! Paul Masse Chevrolet South specifically emphasizes their transparency in the car buying process, and these guys fulfilled that promise in an exemplary fashion. We have used Paul Masse South Chevrolet for service needs for at least 10 years. It has always been a great experience. Peter, James and now Dawn are courteous, helpful and informative. They are always so responsive to each inquiry and patient with every question. They update on progress and really try to get repairs done on schedule with estimates that are true to costs! Have always been so pleased!

Very pleasant service. Even thought it would cost less for my husband to change the oil in my car, it's worth the money to not have to listen to him complain about doing it. The Certified Service is great and they saved me the trouble of getting my car washed. Thank you!!!!
