I’ve lived here for about a year and just transferred apartments within the complex. José and his team are fantastic- they’re very responsive and transparent, I have had all my questions answered quickly. José went above and beyond to work with us on securing the apartment we wanted, and was able to make the transfer an easy process which was much appreciated. Every time I have requested a maintenance item, they have taken care of it quickly, and are always friendly and thorough. The complex is very pet friendly and overall well maintained, we are glad we found this place and definitely recommend it.

As someone who has lived at Tierrasanta Ridge for over 5 years I can say that it has been a pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The maintenance guys can be seen out and about always working to improve the apartments. It is nice to stop and chat with them as they are all very friendly. I really like how dog friendly the apartments are and the close proximity to the neighborhood trials is a plus. I appreciated how the team let us know we could have our appliances upgraded. They whole process only took a few hours. My girlfriend and I enjoy living here and recommend it.

We lived here about 4 years ago and moved away to Texas and Washington. Now we're back and very happy to come back to the same place! The people are friendly the grounds are kept up, it's generally quiet and the streets are walkable! Great place to live! Andii is such a great person and very energetic! Lee is probably the coolest Maintenance man out there!

I would like to give an awesome review to Tierrasanta Ridge. I was a resident there from 2020 - 2021 and have nothing but good things to say about my stay there. I had to move due to me needing to be closer to work and unfortunately will certainly miss the attentiveness of the staff I encountered there. Jose Soto was great from the day I was looking to move in and made the process so easy for me during the time I needed it the most. His attentiveness continued consistently throughout my lease and I always felt I could reach out if I needed something until the day we moved out. Even my move out process was so easy and hassle free. I highly recommend this place especially due to management. I can assure you will not find anything so personalized and caring as the treatment I received from Tierrasanta. Thank you again!!
