Been living here over 10 years and it's mostly great. Vince in maintenance was so helpful recently (even on a very hot Sunday with broken AC). He went above and beyond to troubleshoot the AC issues, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed it ASAP! Jesus in maintenance has also been great in the past. Only downside has been months of construction and noise, but the actual Villas maintenance teams have been great in helping resolve those lingering problems post construction.

The Villas of Renaissance is a very beautiful complex, and they want you to "Love Where You Live." For this reason they are working hard to maintain the standards of the units with an extensive and very comprehensive waterproofing project. For this reason you want to be very selective about which Unit you fall in love with. If you fall in love with a building, perhaps don't fall in love with a unit near the atrium or a medallion (aka fountain area). Try to stay off the main floor. The drains, and trim around all of the floors will be jackhammered away. I think it's possible to be here for a year and be placed out of this rotation of noise and discomfort. They have only ONE "day apartment" available for when the re-piping comes into your kitchen, so if you work from home, this is not going to be very ideal, unless you are happy to go to the Clubhouse, or any of the common areas, all of which are very nice, but not private for Zoom calls and what-not. If you leave for work, please consider how the noise will impact your pet. We do love it here and it's why we never left. But for someone who is just coming, work carefully with Alphonso or Emily to be placed accordingly. Your lease will outline more completely what is happening, but we didn't have the same complete courtesy. You'll be able to love where you live for as long as you are here. We don't hate where we live, but some of the love-life is tarnished.

We love living at The Villas of Renaissance! The property is beautiful and the management and service teams are great. Jesus in maintenance was quick to respond to our service request. He was friendly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue and make sure that we were happy. We really appreciate his help and attentiveness.

I love living at the Villas! The property is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping and accommodations. The apartments are updated and look freshly painted and new inside. Neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood can’t be beat! We just renewed our lease because we are so happy with the location. The leasing office is very helpful whenever we renew a lease and show us options on the property. Today I want to say how much I especially appreciate the Villas’ maintenance/facilities staff. The staff is so friendly and willing to help! They are a quick call away or you can even spot them around the property. The phone line is always very friendly and understanding. For instance, I had a fire alarm going off in my apartment today and I was able to ask Jesus, a wonderful maintenance staff member, and he quickly came and solved the problem. Jesus has been a huge help at our apartments over the years and he is so friendly! He knows my family by name and even remembers my dog! Staff like Jesus remind me why I chose to live at the Villas. Thank you for hiring such wonderful and kind people. If you’re considering a new apartment, I would highly recommend this location!

I was wondering the same thing as I walked by the Fox 5 news van tonight.
Terrible, apparently
