Lived here going on 5 months months. I have to give the maintenance staff their props. These guys work hard and always get the work orders done quickly. Fridge went out on a Sunday and within in the hour a guy showed up from North County and fixed the problem. We appreciate you guys.

This place is awesome! The move was so easy and Leslie and Heather made everything so easy to move in. I’ve lived in San Diego for the last 10 years and lived in different areas in apartments and never had everything so smooth and met all the requirements I needed. Love this place! I have been renting for over 7 years in San Diego and I can say with full confidence that this is the best rental community I have ever lived in. It’s a gated community, with all the amenities you can think about! Gym, pool, Spa! Very luxurious and elegant appartment! Heather and Yaren Have an outstanding customer service, they always went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied renter.! If you need a new lease, do yourself and favor and call either Heather or Yaren!!!
