If you don't pay they will two your car (including your visitors') -Maintenance folks will stand you up -They will charge you an extra fee for paying them rent. So, you are paying to pay them rent. Been living there for about a few weeks now and everything is great so far. Nice neighborhood and quite too. Excellent staff. Been there about 4.5 years. Front desk people are still incredible!! Neighbors are actually good too. Some of them would even hold my packages when it rains so they won't be socked until I got back home. Extremely friendly place. Also, hills in around the complex are good hikes. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have lived here for a little over 4 years now and love it. It's quiet and clean. Everything is well kept. The leasing office and maintenance crew are all trustworthy and friendly. They do their best to accommodate and all extremely helpful especially in 2020. Lease renewals get a little stressful yearly ,but the Leasing Office does do their best to be accommodating and helpful. Great community to live!

Olivia the manager & Liza at Ridgewood are very helpful & professional. Liza the leasing agent, helped me find the perfect apartment! I am very happy I moved here. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet and peaceful. They have a nice fully equipped gym here & plenty of open parking besides your assigned parking space! I highly recommend living here. Maintenance request are also handled right away!
