We were charged around 1500$ for carpet replacement and vinyl flooring replacement although our move out inspection report says "no stains found". We had great experience living there but moving out fees were unreasonable although we cleaned thoroughly. update: issue is resolved

Location is a value for money. They don’t have enough staff to maintain the community. It’s been 3+ years since I am living here. I am enjoying my stay but what I hate is floor based car parking and difficultly to get your car out , also many cars gets stolen all the time because they have no security at the gate or camera on all the parking floors. Management seems don’t really care.

Great apartment community. It feels like a luxurious resort. Their amenities are super luxurious. Rooms are very spacious. Been staying here for more than 2 years now and the experience has nothing but great since day 1. They have a great gym and its free for the residents. They have 4-5 pool area and it not very crowded except for weekends. The community is at walkable distance from many stores . Its next to I15 so that saves a lot of travelling time. Regal Edward theatre is right around the corner. Some of the stores within walkable distance are Best Buy, H Mart, Smart & Final, Home Depot, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, CVS , Fedex, Ups, Ross, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy, Barnes & Novel to name a few. They also have dedicated play area for children which include a train ride & Carousel. They have Bowling alley & Table Tennis. You can also use the Barbecue near the pool (First cone first serve basis). Leasing office staff is very friendly & Most of the maintenance issues are resolved within 24-48 hrs. Would highly recommend this place.
