The Harborview team is incredible. Jennie in the leasing office always is so responsive and always does her best to accommodate my needs. The property is cleaned constantly and has housekeeping working around the clock. In addition, everyone on the maintenance team is very kind and respectful and responds to requests within 24 hours. The Harborview team goes above and beyond to make their residents happy. Every month they also have resident events like free tacos or einsteins bagels. I had no complaints living at Harborview and would recommend this community to anyone looking for downtown San Diego living.

Harborview is a great building to live, in an even better location. Walking distance to seaport village and the headquarters. The staff is absolutely amazing! Maintenance is always working on things you wouldn't even think of such as painting nooks and crannies on the roof. They are also extremely nice and always greet you hello. The resident staff is also great and super helpful especially when moving in. I personally dealt with Jenny and she did everything she could to make my move as easy as possible. They have an open door policy and if you ever have a question you don't feel bad asking them. Building itself is quite nice, great rooftop and amenities. The units are well maintained fairly large and are constantly being updated. My unit particularly gets a ton of light which is really nice. As for the cons there are a few things that are annoying that I hope get fixed soon. First is the elevators they are not the most reliable and you end up taking the stairs isn't great especially when you just went food shopping. Second for some reason there is always an emergency with piping and they shut off water to the building for a few hours which is just weird to me. It seems to have been an issue for a long time not sure why they haven't figured it out. Lastly the alarms have had issues going off but to their credit they are currently fixing this so should not be an issue much longer. Overall I would highly recommend living in this building as the pros far outweigh the cons. If they could get those little things in order it's a five-star building for sure.

Recently moved in and enjoying all that Harborview has to offer. Location is great. Walking distance to nearby downtown neighborhoods like Little Italy and Seaport Village. Public transportation nearby be it trolley or amtrak/coaster trains. The amenities are par none as the rooftop deck has become a favorite place to hang out. The move in was a great experience with Jenny Cake being helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. Her positive attitude and cheerful personality made it feel like home instantaneously. We are so appreciative of her and her hard work. I definitely see myself here for years to come.

Thank goodness for Harborview! I was in a pinch in May 2021: started a new job and had to be in San Diego (from Michigan) within a few weeks. I called Harborview based on their proximity to Petco Park (big baseball fan) and they were more than accommodating to my space and budgetary needs. The apartment is in an awesome location and is close enough to Gaslamp to walk comfortably but far enough away as to not be bothered by the noise. While on-site at my apartment in San Diego, I had the help of some outstanding maintenance workers especially Eric and Jose. Last but not least, the outstanding front office staff were there for anything I needed, no matter how big or small, especially Jennie and Mariana: they are the best! Work has taken me out of San Diego but if were to ever return, my first choice would be Harborview!
