I always check reviews before booking a hotel room. I saw some for the Four Points that caused me concern (cleanliness, smell, old bathroom) but I booked the room anyway. Unfortunately, the reviews were correct. The room looked like it wasn't vacuumed, the bathroom had a sewage smell and a moldy tub area. The window looking out was filthy. The pool is directly next to the ramp to the freeway. I have stayed in messy rooms but the cost for this one was astronomical!!! $463.75 for the room and parking for one night! The only good things about it... 1) close to the airport, and 2) right on the exit to the freeway. It's still wasn't worth the money...

So its a great location like a block from little Italy but the hotel is dated. Bathrooms small. And the rooms are dark and older. The continental breakfast is slow and sub par. The staff are over worked in the dinning area and cannot keep up. Had a night snack there cause they said they had food. Save your taste buds and get door dash delivered. The dinning staff are super polite though. So if u want a cheaper hotel in walking distance its perfect. Prolly would not stay there again though.

Location is near a large homeless community. The rooms are decent. Check-in they charge additional $150 for incidentals, parking is $30/night. Check-out counter person was very rude just asked a basic question and the person had a nasty attitude. There was a roach in the room, the sink was clogged, and the tub kept filling up while taking a shower with the water not draining. Asked front counter to fix and they tried but they need a plumber. The staff never offered to change rooms which is disappointing with plumbing issues in a room. Overall a decent 2-3 star hotel.

Overall, the stay was pretty uneventful as we did not spend much time at the hotel. Rooms were clean and felt modern, location was good, and staff was pretty nice. You will be charged for parking due to its location, but, there are pay lots for $10 per 10 hours which we used; the $10 lots are less than a block away so if your schedule allows, use them. This is not a 5-star but very reasonable for the location..

Parking is a breeze. Your room key opens the parking garage.

No
I think it is only valet parking. I paid around $37 for one night.
