Rooms were not up to date or clean. If flight gets in late they make you check in through an opening to outside when it is not a great area after 12. Did not feel safe . Great location for walking many places during the day.

I was here just one night - last night- and stayed in room 404. Thankfully the room doesn’t face the street but a back parking lot and the freeway. The roar of traffic is dulled. Planes flying over are heard as well but honestly I was so exhausted after flying for 12 hours I passed out anyway. The small room was clean and there are some toiletries provided. There is also a room fridge. The bed is INCREDIBLY comfortable. I mean, my god, I slept so well. Great pillows and mattress. Very pleasant front-desk receptionist.

Worst night of sleep. The other guests were loud, not to mention people outside being loud all night. This was the dirtiest most run down room I've ever experienced and they said they upgraded our room. The woman who checked us in was the only good thing about this place. She was really nice. I booked a single and she gave us a double with a balcony. Was then hit with a deposit that wasn't listed in the booking... It was double what the room cost. Everything was dirty and smelled mildewy/moldy. The doors, floors, bathroom (no toilet paper holder, broken switches, filthy), the furniture, Windows and Mirrors. The drawers would not close so we kept running into them. The door barely made it past the bed. Neither of us could really sleep.. it felt unsafe. The TV had no remote. When we asked for one the guy in the lobby gave us a pin number that didn't work on anything. You could turn it on by hand but that was the only button it had. No coffee maker, couldn't even make a cup of tea to calm down. The pictures they listed must be old af. Nothing looks like the pictures not even the dang lobby. Would not recommend for lone travelers, safety wise... Wouldn't recommend to anyone because it's dirty and run down. This wasn't the cheapest option in the area so i was really shocked. It seemed historic and charming... It's historic and filthy.

Was talked into giving this place a second chance. BIG MISTAKE. Overall the hotel is starting took dated and shabby. The advertised rate may seem reasonable, but it's the hotel fees, misc fees, and processing taxes is where they nail you. Once it's added up, it costs more to stay here then at other hotels of this caliber. Other hotels in the area offer free breakfast. Not here. Rooms could use an overall scrub down rather then spot cleaning. Dont believe me? Put on a pair of white socks and walk around the room for three minutes. Funky.
