Great storage facility.

After renting a unit for 10+ years we discovered rodents had been living amongst our boxed medical documents. Feces everywhere, urine soaked shelves and paperwork destroyed! We were told "What did you expect? Its a warehouse". This response came from both management and the corporate office. Well, what we expected was that our $170/month in a climate controlled storage facility would give us peace of mind and safety for our very important documents. The max payout on insurance was $500, thanks a lot. We spent thousands on new shelving, 300+ banker boxes, a moving truck, professional movers, etc. They were unkind and completely unapologetic about the whole thing, Blamed it on a rat but as you can clearly see in the pictures the foot prints are HUGE. They claimed to have no idea that the rodents were in there even though the entire 4th floor REEKS!! Basically, just do not rent here. Horrible horrible place.
