I went there to grab the last few things out my storage and I had been locked out of my own unit which had been fully paid even a month in advance. I asked the lady what would have happened had I came after hours and couldn't get into my unit and just kept making excuses..her customer service is horrible.

This U-Haul location provides superior service. The mgr, Martin Ertl, goes above and beyond in serving his clients. He is friendly, professional, and competent, and also very kind. He was so helpful in consolidating my containers and setting up an excellent moving service, that I really can't say enough, thank him enough, for all that he did to help me, a single senior citizen, manage an interstate move. He's great. I will use this location again and would highly, highly recommend them

Martin (manager) and his crew are the best! U-Haul screwed up my U-Box order twice (on the same move, btw) and I got zero help from anyone at U-Haul for days. It wasn't until Martin stepped in and got everything organized that I was able to get my U-Boxes where they belonged and unloaded. I give the whole U-Box system a 1-Star rating because it was nothing but a headache, but this U-Haul location gets 5 stars!
