Disappointed in service. I prepaid For July storage in mid June, but was able to resolve my situation so I no longer needed the storage unit. My billing date was on the 4th of every month. I moved my stuff out on July 3rd. They were closed on Sunday as well as closed for 4th of July. Got in as soon as I could on July 5th. They told me that they could probably refund July’s fee. Haven’t heard anything from them. Stopped in today, told me they will not be refunding any of my July payment. Not only will I not be using them again I will steer away anyone I can. The $64 you kept will cost you more than $64. - Update they have rectify the issue and decided to reimburse my July payment. So I increased from 1 star to 3 stars, I had no issues with them while I was using the storage unit but should not have had to go through what I did to have my payment returned to me.
