I've here now and after reading l the reviews prior I'm glad they changed management. The ladies here now are really nice and helpful and the maintance guy is a champ. Now just remember you are living around different people of different lives and you will understand that is complex isn't that bad. I have been in way worse situations. I have 3 kids and two pets and feel very comfortable here with everything that is going on for an apartment complex

First it looks wayyyyyy better in person than it does online. The scenery is beautiful all of the pictures shown are outdated. Second parking is HORRIBLE ! if you don't purchase a shelter (which they don't tell you aren't free) sometimes you may not have anywhere to park after like 6pm. There is dog poop everywhere and my hall wreaks of dog urine. The area is nice and quite, but the price is a bit much rent fluctuates every month.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Let me start by saying that the maintenance guys. Specifically Jesse were the main reason we stayed here for 6 years! They were awesome! They would get anything and everything done fast and efficient! A lot of times same day! But man did the front office go down hill. If you like being talked down to. Or never having a solution for your problems. Then by all means please talk to the ladies at the front office. My wife and I would probably still live there if Deanna the previous property manager still worked there! We wanted to move out because we already had 2 cats and wanted a dog! Also the rent went up every year to the point we are paying the same for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house! Absolutely ridiculous ! So when we decided to move out the lady at the office gave me a date that I needed to give notice of move by! Simple right? Well not so much. Instead of the date she gave me it is actually you have to give 20 days notice before move out! I had no idea! After I got out of the Army my wife and I stayed at these apartments! So these are the first apartments I’ve ever lived in! I don’t know state law that’s why we asked! So because of her mess up it cost me another months rent that I didn’t expect to pay! And of course no one at the office cared. Didn’t even say sorry or give me any kind of solution. Just told me if i didn’t pay it it would then go to collections..... thanks a lot. Way to talk to a 6 year resident. I am beyond happy to be gone from that place! AGAIN DO NOT RENT HERE!

We moved into these apartments thinking it would be a great place to settle down before buying a home. They are very nice and somewhat maintained. The maintenance guys are extremely nice! The staff- not so much. They are extremely rude and inconsiderate when trying to address problems. The parking is horrible! They don’t require you to rent a space, so everyone uses all the extra spaces. So anyone with 2 cars who pays for a spot can’t park their other car. I was told I could get another covered parking spot for 25$ but then was told oh wait because you already have one we can’t offer you that. There is several car ports not in use yet we can’t park there. I feel so bad for anyone who comes home after 6, they just drive around endlessly looking for a spot. Not to mention there is several cars- not running that stay in the same uncovered parking spots for months. I would love to say that’s the biggest issue- but honestly customer service and just being a decent human being in the main problem here. Can’t wait for our lease to be up. Although after reading these other reviews I’m sure they will scam us out of our deposit, so something to look forward too!
